These terms govern your use of Arbie (arbie.com.au), operated from Australia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
Arbie is a software tool for sports-data analysis and personal bet tracking. It surfaces pricing information from publicly available sources, performs calculations you configure, and keeps records of activity you enter or connect. Arbie:
You must be 18 or older and legally able to hold the third-party betting accounts you choose to use. Membership is by invitation and we may decline or end any membership to keep the service small and lawful.
Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person — sharing accounts or operating an account for someone else is not permitted and is grounds for termination. Credentials for third-party services you connect (such as a Betfair app key) remain yours; we store what is needed to provide the service and never your third-party passwords.
Membership is a paid subscription billed in advance through PayPal at the price shown at checkout (AUD). It renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your PayPal account or by asking us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and access continues until then. If a renewal payment fails, access pauses after a short grace period — nothing is deleted, and access resumes when payment does.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where the service fails a consumer guarantee. Beyond those rights: subscription periods already started are generally not refunded on change of mind, but if something on our side materially broke the service for you during a period, tell us — we will put it right or refund the affected period.
You agree not to: resell or share access; scrape or redistribute the service's data; attempt to access other members' information; use the service to breach a third party's terms in ways that involve deception (including operating accounts in false names); or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other members at risk.
Bookmakers and exchanges are independent businesses with their own terms. They may limit, restrict, or close accounts at their discretion — that risk is inherent to the activity and is yours. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, decisions, or your standing with them.
We aim to keep Arbie available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely, unexpired subscription periods will be refunded pro rata.
To the extent permitted by law (and never excluding rights under the Australian Consumer Law), our total liability in connection with the service is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for betting losses, third-party account restrictions, or decisions you make using information shown in the service.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with a refund of any unexpired period except in cases of serious misuse. Your records can be exported before closure on request.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app before they take effect.
